All three desktop switches have dual GBIC-based Gigabit Ethernet ports that provide an ultra-flexible and scalable solution for Gigabit Ethernet uplinks or GigaStack GBIC stacking solutions. The switches are easy to deploy, either on a desktop or in a wiring closet, and feature Cisco IOS software support. Administration of Cisco desktop Catalyst switches is made even more convenient using the Cisco Switch Clustering multi-device management technology.
